Chef Melinda is a 27 year Army veteran who also plays clarinet & saxophone.  

She has a Culinary degree from Lincoln Culinary Institute, a Jazz Music degree from the University of Connecticut, a diploma from Syracuse University for Entrepreneurship, as well as a diploma from the Boston Bartenders School of America
